As in previous years, we have made arrangements with 3 star hotels closed exclusively for people coming to TMDG, All of them are located in down town Mar del Plata, close to the beach, with a bus service (private buses) that will go from the hotels to the stadium periodically.
Hotels are a meeting point which group students from all over the world. According to many people, the best exchanges of experiences take place in these meeting points.
This year, in an effort to improve hotel service, we offer two categories, Standard and Superior, providing the option to better comfort and services with a promotional fee as we offer every year for the event.
Moreover, this year we have created the Pack format, by which you can get your Ticket + Hotel voucher (dinner and breakfast included) with discount on the total fee.
STEPS TO BUY YOUR HOTEL + TICKET PACK:
1. Choose the pack which suits your staying, number of nights and hotel quality (Standard or Superior)
2. Go to:
www.ticketek.com.ar/Especiales/Congreso-de-Diseno/TRIMARCHI-DG__TMDG09
and start the purchase. Remember that you can buy the pack with your credit card.
Once you have completed all the steps, contact hoteles@trimarchidg.net to coordinate your booking and the choice of the hotel. You can also ask him any questions that you may have.
3. In delivery options you can have the ticket delivered to your house or you can pick it up in Mar del Plata. The latter is perhaps the best option since you do not have to pay for shipping expenses and you can get everything in Mar del Plata’s Ticketek office the same day of the event or when you arrive to our city.
You will receive in exchange of your payment receipt your TMDG ticket and the hotel voucher.
4. The rooms are double based, thus, if you are traveling alone, you should get together with somebody else to take advantage of the promotional fees or get in touch with hoteles@trimarchidg.net to pay the difference and stay in a single room. ($ 70 Standard PER NIGHT and $ 95 Superior PER NIGHT. These differences will be paid at the Hotel during check-in.)
5. If you would like to stay extra nights besides the ones offered in the packs (e.g. a fifth night) or if you have any other question relates to hotels, please do not hesitate to contact hoteles@trimarchidg.net
Those who do not have a credit card or want to purchase the tickets personally, can do so in any of the Ticketek agencies in Capital Federal, Gran Buenos Aires, Bahía Blanca, Córdoba, La Plata, Mar del Plata, Neuquén and Rosario. The full list can be found at: www.ticketek.com.ar/contactenos
